Role Description Lead requirements definition and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions and features. Work with business SMEs to capture business needs and translate them into PEGA-centric functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with PEGA development teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows, decisioning, and case management solutions.
