About this role

About the Role Kia America, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst to manage the daily operations of B2B enterprise systems (employee, dealer and consumer facing) under Digital Technology Management. The role analyzes requirements, designs program solutions, and recommends controls and system protocols; partners with business units and IT service providers to deliver short- and long-term enhancements, bug fixes, governance, and system integration for Kia America and its retailer network. What You'll Do

  • Support B2B enterprise systems and projects, ensuring system health and providing Level 2 support in alignment with short- and long-term business strategy.
  • Perform business requirements analysis for internal/external facing systems and content management; develop best practices to improve processes, BI, workflow, and process diagrams.
  • Define project requirements and support users through scope, design review, and UAT; monitor progress, mitigate risks, and publish status reports.
  • Oversee changes to business systems, maintain documentation, and perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, affiliates, and external vendors to implement IT solutions; document, analyze, and configure user support systems; support reporting/analytics and UAT.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; support vendor relationships and program governance; contribute to enterprise IT initiatives to improve user experience. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience; internal stakeholder and external vendor collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Project Lifecycle Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors; strong knowledge of O365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
  • Proactive, self-motivated; ability to lead multiple concurrent solutions; vendor and billing management experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of new hire onboarding processes. Nice to Have
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT or Digital Transformation.
  • Additional vendor management experience and broader IT project experience. Compensation & Benefits
