About the Role Join Formlabs' Digital Systems team as a Business Systems Analyst. You’ll bridge business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance with our technical systems (Salesforce, Shopify, Netsuite, Integrations) to design and implement the future of digital operations. This role is based in Somerville, MA and combines hands-on data work with system design and backlog leadership.
What You'll Do
- Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Service, Fulfillment, and Finance to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications for the Digital Systems roadmap (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, ERP, marketing automation).
