Role Overview

An established organization is seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst to join the technology systems operations team. The successful candidate will evaluate information technology operations, determine user needs, and recommend strategic improvements. This role serves as a vital bridge between business users and engineering teams to ensure optimal systems performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations for continuous improvement.

• Determines user needs and requirements to recommend actionable ways to improve systems.

• Serves as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering or development staff.

• Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues through resolution.

• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal, technical requirement deliverables.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in business systems analysis or IT systems operations is required.

• Proven expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications, system diagnostics, and issue tracking. Strong communication skills are necessary to interface effectively between technical staff and business stakeholders.
