Business Systems Analyst, D365 F&O

About the Role

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join its Woodland Hills, California team to support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). The role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement effective system improvements, leveraging strong expertise in financial management modules in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Analyze and assess business requirements to determine feasibility and recommend optimal solutions within the D365 F&O platform.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the D365 F&O system, addressing issues raised by business teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements.

• Design, develop, and test solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet organizational needs.

• Support monthly and quarterly system upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

• Create and maintain documentation for system design, project specifications, and training materials.

• Partner with technical teams to develop and integrate solutions that align with business processes.

• Research and document transaction flows to enhance understanding and improve system processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows.

• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with D365 F&O Financial Management, including expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, and Workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the D365 platform, including integration capabilities and system design.

• Proven ability to create functional and technical design documents and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills within the D365 environment.

• Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ExFlow, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and detail-oriented attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 per year.
