We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support aviation sustainment operations at Learjet in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, collaborating with IT and operations teams, and delivering systems solutions that improve maintenance and sustainment activities and ensure compliance. What You'll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements for aviation sustainment systems, partnering with cross-functional teams including IT, maintenance, and operations.
- Analyze current processes and data flows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Configure, test, and support deployed systems; document requirements, specifications, and user guides.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in sustainment operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role; aviation sustainment or MRO familiarity is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems and data analysis concepts is desirable.
