About the Role Join Skyworks' Enterprise Systems team as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Ariba. You will support Sourcing and Accounts Payable with deep expertise in Ariba upstream/downstream modules, leading global rollouts and driving ERP integrations (SAP S4).

What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical leadership for Ariba implementations, including On-Demand and On-Prem versions, across Sourcing and Accounts Payable.
• Drive integrations with ERP systems (SAP S4, SAP, PeopleSoft, Vertex, UI Path, GRC) and promote automation and process improvements.
• Configure Ariba modules (Buying & Invoicing, Spend Analysis, SLP, SCC) and manage contract templates, approval workflows, and country-specific rollouts.
• Lead offshore delivery teams, mentor junior members, and coordinate global rollout activities.
• Support all testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT), manage go-live and post-go-live activities, and resolve high-severity incidents within SLAs.
• Facilitate workshops for new country rollouts and solution finalization.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, AP, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What We're Looking For

• BS in Computer Applications or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience; ability to work independently or as lead developer on projects.
• Expertise in Ariba upstream/downstream, CIG, Commerce Automation, and SCC; experience with Ariba upgrades and OS migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba modules; requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design.
• Configure contract templates, approval workflows; integrate Ariba with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Vertex, UI Path, GRC).
• Deep understanding of CIG; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; manage offshore delivery teams; strong communication and time-zone coordination.
• Proven ability to resolve high-severity incidents within SLA; testing support, go-live, post-go-live.
• Knowledge of AML, AQL, Java, SQL Server, PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, Windows, UNIX, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Documentation, design review, and code review skills.

• Master’s degree is a plus.
