About the Role Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Business System Analyst II in the Enterprise Applications & Research Computing (EARC) with the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The role provides oversight, planning, and support for the Document Management (Perceptive Content, Docusign) and Banner SIS suite of applications and their integrations with other University systems.
What You'll Do
- Provide oversight, planning, and support for the Document Management (Perceptive Content, Docusign) and Banner SIS suite of applications, and their integrations with other University systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across campus to gather requirements, coordinate changes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support operational continuity, performance, and user training related to these systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business systems analysis and project coordination for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Document Management tools (Perceptive Content, Docusign) and Banner SIS.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse campus partners, translate needs into solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
