Job title: Business System Adoption Specialist

About the Role Role focuses on collaborating with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deploy effective support materials for systems in DSDS ownership, support the Business System Owner for the system portfolio to identify and understand system capabilities, and contribute to change management and training to enable adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Develop user facing materials for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities
  • Support the Business System Owner in developing overall clinical system user adoption, including material development, change management, and communications
  • Support system readiness analyses for enabling new capabilities
  • Partner with Product Manager(s) to understand forthcoming system capabilities
  • Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately
  • Represent end-user experience to the Business System Owner to inform system challenges hindering adoption
  • Educate and raise awareness of available end-user support resources

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, change management
  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences preferred, with experience in clinical trial management/operations preferred
  • Experience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, regulatory reporting or vendor management system a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment navigating complex issues with vendors to achieve business results
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges
  • Experience communicating and presenting to cross-functional audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in engagement strategies with end users to ensure strong adoption and utilization of capabilities
