About the Role

Crea8 Africa is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Business & Sustainability Officer to support organisational growth, partnerships, fundraising and the development of sustainable income opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research funding, grant and partnership opportunities.

• Support development of proposals, concept notes and funding applications.

• Identify potential corporate, institutional and strategic partners.

• Support partnership outreach and relationship management.

• Research opportunities for sustainable income generation and organisational growth.

• Assist with business planning, market research and sustainability strategies.

• Track funding and partnership opportunities and maintain relevant databases.

• Support the development of presentations, reports and business documents.

• What We’re Looking For

• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.

• Interest in business development, fundraising, partnerships or social enterprise.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of organisational sustainability.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.

• Interest in youth development, innovation and social impact.

Commitment:
