Job Summary
Provides operational, administrative, and title-related support to internal teams, customers, vendors, and business partners. Serves as a key resource in coordinating workflows, resolving issues, supporting order processing activities, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Partners closely with title operations, customer service, vendor management, and production teams to support business objectives and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Act Key Customer Service representative for respective area and ability to facilitate a high volume of incoming requests both through email and integration platform
- Coordinate and support title and operational workflows throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners.
- Research, track, and resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and process exceptions.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and route items appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with transaction and operational data.
- Monitor work queues, prioritize requests, and ensure service-level expectations are met.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Support reporting, tracking, scheduling, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Partner with team members to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Provide professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience

5+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, customer service, operations, production support, vendor management, or related fields.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with operational systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of title and real estate processes preferred.
