Job title: Business Support Officer
About the Role Reporting to the Commercial division, the Business Support Officer contributes to the design and implementation of promotional actions for products, services and the company image. Based in Cameroon, the role supports marketing and commercial campaigns to strengthen CFAO Healthcare's presence on the continent.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the implementation of marketing and commercial campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media (posting, engagement, tracking).
- Design and analyze dashboards tracking commercial activity.
- Contribute to content creation (visuals, texts, newsletters).
- Conduct market studies and analyze the competition.
- Monitor the performance of marketing actions (reporting, KPIs).
- Assist in organizing promotional events.
- Update customer and prospect databases.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+4 / Bac+5 in Marketing, Gestion commerciale or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (Product Manager, Business Analyst, Trade Marketing Manager, Commercial Controller), ideally in distribution, FMCG or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong mastery of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and consolidation (Power BI).
- Knowledge of digital tools and social networks.
- Creativity, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
