Als Business Support Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en ontwikkelen van de supportorganisatie binnen een complexe, dynamische logistieke omgeving voor de Bijenkorf. Je geeft direct leiding aan de Controlroom (5 FTE), Inventory Control (15 FTE) en Customer Service (2 FTE), en bent indirect verantwoordelijk voor het Data Analytics Team.
Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen operatie en ondersteunende afdelingen, vertaalt operationele behoeften naar concrete acties, analyses en verbeterinitiatieven, en zorgt dat ondersteunende processen optimaal aansluiten op de dagelijkse operatie. Hiermee speel je een cruciale rol in het realiseren van klanttevredenheid, operationele prestaties en duurzame groei.
