The Opportunity
The Business Solutions Team (BST) Lead assists the firm’s internal customers with functions such as compliance, finance and operations. In this role, you will support Partnership Operations and will operate and perform in accordance with established ESS parameters, handle issues, and identify and escalate risks to ensure objectives are met and implemented in alignment with key business needs and knowledge principles. You will also support project and program management, executing and deployment of projects, and programs, and events, as well as continuous improvement initiatives, measurement, tracking, reporting and analysis. You will communicate with customers to ensure deliverables are thorough and accurate. You effectively prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet customer commitments and deadlines. You call on experience, skills
