As part of your role and responsibilities:
You will be in charge to set up and execute actions to reach the TCO target. You will analyze the current portfolio and, based on the data, propose application retirement candidates. You will organize the retirement campaign to remove all application candidates. You shall maintain an up to date data quality of the application portfolio. Organize campaign to improve data quality. You will ensure the change management, that means ensure that Operations population has the right level of information concerning its role. Setup and deploy change mgt and communication plan adapt to each user's role. IT in the Business.
