Mission

1/ Sales Performance Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data (Sell-In and Sell-Out) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks on product categories.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, discount, UP and sell-through.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize product mix.
• Continuously improve our monthly deck to offer each month a better vision of our collection performances.

2/ Strategic Business Insights:

• Collaborate with senior management to build reports, dashboard & presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX).
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, on profitability, new product launches, new market entry, distribution efficiency, or digital transformation.

Profil

Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in strategy, finance, analytics, or management.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and business strategy frameworks is a plus.

Qualities:

• Curiosity, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Interest in Fashion & Textile products.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Prior experience in business analysis, strategy consulting or finance, is a plus.
