Business Process Project Manager Consultant

About the Role As a Business Process Project Manager Consultant, you will support consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation initiatives in Valencia, applying project management methods and providing strategic guidance to Volkswagen Group partners. What You'll Do

• Project support: Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation projects
• Project management: Application of project management methods
• Problem solving: Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently
• Presentation and moderation: Of meetings at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures
• Active role in the company: Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development) What We're Looking For
• Education: University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background (advanced education - Master level - in Business Management is a plus)
• Process Orientation requirements: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar area, with relevant Process Management experience. Proven experience leading business process improvement, optimization, and organizational transformation initiatives. Experience analyzing, redesigning, and standardizing business processes across different business areas. Strong background in process optimization, operating model design, and continuous improvement initiatives
• General Consultant Requirements: Some experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (in automotive industry is a plus). Mastering Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and Teams (Power BI and Agile are a plus). Structured, analytical and data driven mindset. Good competences in moderation and facilitation of workshops. Clear and structured communication style, with strong presentation skills, including with client senior management. Excellent intercultural and teamwork competence. Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus). Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe and North/South America), as well as enjoying the day-to-day consulting dynamics and new challenges Nice to Have
• Power BI and Agile experience are a plus; German language is a plus; automotive industry exposure is beneficial Compensation & Benefits
