Job title: Business Process Owner – Finance Master Data & Authorizations (SAP)
About the Role You’ll take on a pivotal role in Finance Master Data & Authorizations, ensuring that Finance master data is reliable, secure, and aligned with global core processes. You’ll collaborate with IT/IS&T, Finance process owners, and regional experts to support transformation programs and ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection regulations.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain Finance master data governance, including documentation and training
- Monitor data quality through KPIs, audits, analyses, and reporting; identify data inconsistencies and drive corrective action plans
- Organize and lead data cleansing initiatives; control Finance data migration during ERP roll-outs
- Support Regional Business Process Experts and lead training sessions
- Participate in data governance committees and projects impacting Finance data
- Contribute to ERP Core Model deployments and Finance transformation projects
- Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Management
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Practical knowledge of SAP (FI/CO; MM and SD ideal)
- Strong ability to perform complex data analyses in Excel with large data volumes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured, organized, and able to manage priorities in a complex environment
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative; comfortable working in a multicultural and international context
- English working proficiency

- Experience with ERP Core Model deployments and Finance transformation projects
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and internal control requirements
