Business Process Manager
Responsibilities
- Analyze transportation relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with global Business Process Management team and Digital Business Administration about transportation solutions, including modules such as SAP eTM ,LE-Shipping.
- Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs.
- Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes.
- Play role as business process management, to make sure that processes are running as designed.
- Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
- Process Harmonization: Roll out of harmonized processes in the region.
- Process modelling.
