Business Process Manager

Analyze transportation relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with global Business Process Management team and Digital Business Administration about transportation solutions, including modules such as SAP eTM ,LE-Shipping.
Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs.
Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes.
Play role as business process management, to make sure that processes are running as designed.
Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
Process Harmonization: Roll out of harmonized processes in the region.
Process modelling.
Provide process support, including troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related process issues.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a business process consultant with a focus on logistic area.
In-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules like eTM, shipping,LE-TRA.
Experienced in using various change management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with key users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to production sites as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
Knowledge of supply chain processes & systems are plus.
Knowledge of SAP Signavio and BPMN 2.0.
Project management experience.
