About the Role
Atos seeks an experienced Business Process Lead with SAP knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing to lead SAP-related processes and transformations. You will ensure coherence between processes, organization, and IT, and guide SAP and related systems to deliver business objectives. You will operate as a hands-on leader with broad vision and SAP depth to make substantiated decisions and steer complex transformations. What You'll Do

Lead SAP-related process and transformation programs within Supply Chain and Manufacturing, taking substantive ownership of the direction while maintaining SAP depth to make informed choices.

Serve as a strategic sparring partner for senior management and process owners; ensure coherence between business processes, organizational design and system support.

Ensure smooth interaction between SAP and other applications within the IT landscape; provide direction and timely adjustments when complexity or risk increases.

Translate process improvements into durable, future-proof solutions; provide governance from substantive content perspective.

Not a classical project manager; exercise governance on content, coherence and strategic alignment; oversee programs and projects based on expertise rather than planning alone.

Maintain an end-to-end view of risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; ensure alignment of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT implementation.

Help establish clear governance structures to support decision-making and execution. What We're Looking For

Experience as a Business Process Lead with SAP knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.

Ability to combine seniority with governance (regievoering) and change management; bridge between business and IT.

Proven track record guiding complex SAP-related transformations; strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, integration of SAP with other applications, and governance structures.

Not a traditional project manager; ability to lead on content and direction, and to manage risk, dependencies, and prioritization to align with strategic objectives.
