Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project Implementation & Support:
- Assist in the delivery of SF module implementations (e.g., Employee Central, GMPM) by participating in requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide day-to-day system maintenance, user training, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and design SF-based solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Client Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure project alignment.
- Knowledge Development & Team Collaboration:
- Stay updated with SF best practices and industry trends through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Support senior consultants and cross-functional teams in complex project scenarios.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SF module configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language & Communication:
- English: Fluent in written and verbal communication for global client interactions.
- Optional: Japanese proficiency for specific client requirements.
- Experience & Soft Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in SF implementation, preferably within an ERP/SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR digital transformation projects or with multinational clients.
