What you’ll Bring
You bring 12 or more years in Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries. You have led enterprise-level business transformations. You have hands-on experience defining and scaling Agentic AI solutions. You focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes. You build and sustain strategic relationships at the C-suite level. You navigate complex organisational dynamics with skill. You construct business cases that connect AI use cases to profit and loss impact. You have mentored senior colleagues in use case design and value outcomes. Your SAP toolkit includes S/4HANA, Business AI Platform, Joule, Signavio, and LeanIX. You write and present confidently to senior audiences.
What you’ll Build
You lead discovery workshops and boot camps with business and IT stakeholders. You surface, qualify, and prioritise high-value Industry AI opportunities. You translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions. You own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment. You define requirements, build prototypes, and validate business outcomes. You put measurable value into production within weeks. You build industry-specific AI assets from customer learnings for global reuse. You document the financial and operational value of each asset. You represent SAP's Industry AI vision at executive forums and industry conferences. You lead strategic co-innovation at the C-suite level. You mentor your team in use case design and value engineering.
