Job title: Business Process Analyst
About the Role The Business Process Analyst will join CSO's Business Process & Systems team and serve as the primary liaison for business end users and IT resources to define, document, and roll out solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing value-added changes, and ensuring solutions deliver correct functionality on time.
What You'll Do
- Manage requirements, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across CSO to understand processes and needs.
- Communicate with IT resources to ensure delivered solutions meet required functionality and schedule.
- Analyze, document, and manage requirements; create test plans, test solutions, provide user training, and offer basic support.
- Create process documentation, workflows, mockups, and wireframes; facilitate process workflow modeling for projects.
- Report status to stakeholders, escalate issues, and serve as point of contact for project requirements.
- Troubleshoot to identify root causes of issues; may assist with project coordination or management tasks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field; CSO business processes knowledge is a plus.
- Process-oriented with strong documentation and diagramming skills; strong written and verbal communication; conflict management and relationship-building.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities; experience gathering and assessing user requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate & SharePoint).
- Exposure to AI tools or technologies is a plus; project management experience is an advantage.
- Local to the position location; relocation not offered.
