About the Role The primary function of the business portfolio and engagement data analyst/programmer is to provide data products to the MCP IT/IM team in support of major capital projects and in compliance with project excellence. This individual works with other team members to gather requirements, identify information sources, evaluate use cases and develop, support and troubleshoot work products and tools. What You'll Do
- Gather requirements, identify information sources, evaluate use cases, and develop, support and troubleshoot data products and tools for the MCP IT/IM team.
- Deliver data products including leadership reports, transition to operations (TTO) utility tool administration and configuration, Azure DevOps support, data lake, AI initiatives, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Automate, and other items as required by MCP IT/IM team.
- Ensure integrity and completeness of work products, accuracy of work estimates within scope, and communicate required adjustments; provide timely communication to stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on workload and capacity to leadership and key stakeholders; communicate outages, known issues, security risks, etc.; maintain reliability of work products and tools. What We're Looking For
- Experience gathering requirements, identifying information sources, evaluating use cases, and developing, supporting, and troubleshooting data products and tools for complex projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data lake, AI initiatives, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Automate; ability to work with leadership reports and TTO tool administration.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to manage workload and keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and issues.
