Major Accountabilities
- Be a strong business partner to Surgical franchise team.
- Provide financial information & sound analysis to support decision making for the franchise. Review & challenge key assumptions to ensure decisions are accretive to the business in short term & long term.
- Preparation of financials to support planning cycles such as annual budgeting cycle, regular forecasting cycles and long-term strategic plans (as & when required). Be thorough & analytical on key assumptions provided by commercial team in building the forecasts.
- Maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support the planning process.
- Work hand-in-hand with Bangalore BPA team to deliver month-end analysis & reports.
- Assist in the preparation of various reporting decks (such as Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Strategic plan and ad-hoc business reviews), which are presented to the Regional Office
- Collaborate with FRA, Commercial, Bangalore BPA and Other functional teams in supporting the month end activities from finance standpoint.
- Contribute to driving productivity initiatives across the business & organization.
Adhoc requests for business decision making as and when required.
Ideal Background
- Education: degree with focus on Accounting/Business Finance/ Business Management
- Language: Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English
- Experience: 4~6 years experience at accounting and/or financial planning department in multi-national company(s).
- Preferred: 4 years experiences in business analyst role having advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SAP.
