About the Role As part of the Business Planning & Analysis group, you will support company-wide performance analysis and reporting, lead various meetings, and propose and drive new projects aligned with strategy to increase sales.
What You'll Do
- Support company-wide performance analysis and reporting; lead cross-functional meetings; propose and drive execution of new projects designed to boost sales.
- Assist in formulating corporate strategy and budgeting; analyze sales and KPIs; create reports for US audiences, executives, offices, and stores; lead meeting minutes; provide execution support for cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
- Foundational knowledge and experience in sales and KPI analysis; proficient with Excel and BI tools; capable of producing materials in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business-level English; ability to prepare materials in English is a plus; strong communication skills with other departments and stores.
- Experience: at least one of the following is required: consulting firm experience; corporate planning/strategy experience; corporate planning operations experience.
Nice to Have
- English-language document creation experience is a plus.
