We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is passionate about partnering with business leaders, driving people initiatives, and enhancing organizational performance.
🔎 Role Overview As a People & Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and clients to deliver effective HR solutions across performance management, employee relations, and HR operations, while supporting organizational growth and development.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR partner for assigned clients and support HR service delivery
- Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage performance management cycles and employee relations cases
- Ensure proper HR documentation, compliance, and reporting
- Support organizational development initiatives and process improvements
- Hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD) is mandatory.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of OD, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
