Act as the business owner for global Core HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central), ensuring effective governance and alignment with business requirements.

Lead the definition, design, and implementation of globally harmonized HR solutions and processes that support critical business needs, including Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Define and establish HR data services, standards, and governance frameworks to support reporting, auditing, and operational requirements while ensuring compliance with data privacy, labor relations, security, and documentation regulations.
