Job Description

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes, directly contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities include strategic analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making, including financial modeling and projection scenarios; operational support in developing and implementing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability; data management involving collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets to provide actionable insights; project coordination across cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic projects; reporting with detailed presentations for senior management; ownership of internal automation and AI agent workflows to eliminate manual work across finance, business development, and reporting; fundraising preparation with the senior management team to draft and prepare compelling presentations and materials for external stakeholders and investors, including data room preparation, financial model maintenance, investor Q&A, due diligence responses and board materials.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role; startup experience is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Familiarity with business intelligence software, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and ease with AI and automation tools to drive delivery. Beginner-level programming skills in Python are preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated track record of quickly building and implementing new processes and tools using AI software applications; Vibe coding experience is a strong plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach. An overachiever mindset with willingness to go the extra mile and hands-on execution. English fluency is required; Portuguese fluency is preferred but not mandatory.
