The Business Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the organization by coordinating processes, analyzing business data, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role helps ensure that business activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily business operations and administrative processes.
- Monitor operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and report business and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics for management.
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, HR, IT, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, documentation, and operational reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), deadlines, deliverables, and business objectives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and expense tracking as needed.
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or business intelligence systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement.
- Ability to create dashboards and operational reports.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
