About this role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead operational functions, drive growth initiatives, and deliver measurable operational improvements for the organisation in Ikeja, Lagos. The role combines on-site leadership with one remote day per week and requires senior-level operational experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business operations, growth, or a similar role.
- Degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and work arrangement:
- Salary: ₦850,000 net per month.
- Work arrangement: 4 days onsite & 1 day remote.
