What You Will Do

• Lead operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency across various functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
• Utilize OpenAI technologies to develop solutions that improve customer engagement and operational workflows.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the overall user experience on the platform.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in operations or strategy roles, preferably within a tech or marketplace environment.
• Proven ability to work with AI technologies, specifically OpenAI, to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred

• Experience in a startup environment, particularly in the Internet or marketplace sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
