Job title: Business Operations Lead
About the Role You will own and evolve Muse’s operating system end-to-end, blending operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and AI-driven transformation into a scalable framework. Serving as the product owner of the internal operating model, you’ll design and continuously improve processes, rituals, and systems that drive execution and business impact. You will lead AI integration across these processes to enable efficiency, transparency, and smarter decision-making, and collaborate with the Executive Team to translate strategy into structured execution with real-time data and insights.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve Muse's operating system end-to-end, combining operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and AI-driven transformation into a scalable framework.
- Act as product owner of the internal operating model; design, implement, and continuously improve processes, rituals, and systems to drive execution, alignment, and business impact.
- Lead the integration of AI into these processes to unlock efficiency, transparency, and smarter decision-making.
- Work closely with the Executive Team to ensure company strategy translates into structured execution with clear ownership, real-time data, and AI-powered insights.
- Contribute to expanding AI and automation across all business areas to improve efficiency and user experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Organizational Development, AI/Transformation, or related fields.
- Strong product mindset with proven ownership of complex systems or initiatives end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience designing and scaling operational processes and OKR frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and improving execution quality.
- Experience in AI strategy, implementation, or data-driven systems is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and their business applications.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.
- High standards for communication, documentation, and systems thinking.
- Ability to translate complex concepts (including AI) into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with data protection and ethical AI practices.
- Fluent English.
