COMPENSATION: $52-$62 Hourly

Role Overview

This role requires a highly analytical professional to lead financial planning and cost optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive cost analyses, manage budget alignment, and monitor key efficiency metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional partners and project managers will be essential to establish robust cost control processes and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost saving opportunities, forecast future costs, and prepare detailed financial reports.

• Assist in the preparation of budget planning and monitor adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with diverse departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial performance metrics to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency.

• Partner with project managers and department heads to gather data, identify cost structures, and implement cost control processes.

• Work closely with finance professionals on a monthly basis to report any costs that have not been invoiced prior to month close.

• Collaborate with the internal contracts team to assist in creating purchase requisitions for the organization.

• Support the department with ad-hoc deliverables that arise during the course of business.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related analytical field.

• Experience: Professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or business operations support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and financial modeling tools.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a technology-driven corporate environment.

• Strong communication skills and experience presenting financial findings to cross-functional teams.
