About the Role Northern Trust is seeking a highly motivated Business Operational Resilience professional to join a First Line of Defense (1LOD) Risk team supporting the operational resilience of a global financial institution. In this business-aligned role, you will serve as the primary resiliency partner for an assigned business portfolio, working across Business, Technology, Operations, Enterprise Operational Resiliency, Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk to strengthen critical business services and support regulatory readiness. - Serve as the primary Operational Resiliency partner for assigned business lines and critical business services.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify resilience risks, implement mitigation strategies, and strengthen recovery capabilities.
