Description of the job We are looking for a Business Manager with a track record in selling consulting services to join ATEXIS in Madrid or Barcelona (other locations may be considered). The role will be key in expanding our activities in the energy sector, driving strategic account development and the generation of new business opportunities.

What will your mission be at ATEXIS? As a Business Manager, you will lead the expansion of the company in the energy sector with a 360º approach.

• Business Development: Acquisition of major accounts, active prospecting and positioning ATEXIS at strategic events.
• Bid Management: Leadership of the full sales cycle, from needs detection and budgeting to final negotiation.
• Control and Monitoring: Supervision of profitability, monitoring invoicing and managing deviations with project managers.
• Evolution and Team: Collaboration in selecting new technical profiles to, in a second phase, coordinate and manage your own structure of consultants.

Requirements

• What we are looking for?

• At least 2 years in commercial functions in consulting, with demonstrated focus in the energy sector.

• Fluent level of English.

• Availability to travel.

• Strong leadership skills.
