About the Role Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Business Manager within the Finance Department at the Rutgers Cancer Institute. The Business Manager will oversee the business management of the assigned programs, reporting to the Associate Directors of Finance and collaborating with Program Lead(s). The role focuses on financial operations and program support to enable research and clinical activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day financial operations for assigned programs within the Rutgers Cancer Institute Finance Department.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and compliance for assigned programs, under the direction of Associate Directors of Finance.
- Collaborate with Program Leads to ensure alignment of financial activities with program objectives.
- Aid in procurement, contracts, and financial analysis as needed to support program performance.
