Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years’ experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business management or program management, preferably with technology/software engineering teams

• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, problem solving, leading cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.

• Experience driving executive communications, organizational communications, or customer and partner engagement activities.

• Demonstrated organizational skills through your experience institutionalizing them across a team through process or system changes.

• Ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of stakeholders

• Operate consistently, accurately with high integrity and efficiency.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, MS Office applications, and Business Intelligence applications such as Power BI, Analysis and reporting systems or tools.
