About the Role The Business Manager will develop and execute CASE business in the assigned area, leading sales activities, building relationships with dealers and key influencers, and aligning with brand strategy to drive growth and profitability. What You'll Do
- Contribute to the sales strategy through deep market analysis (economic conditions, industry trends, segment potential, and competitors) within the area of responsibility.
- Achieve unit sales and profitability targets by maximizing opportunities with dealerships and existing and prospect customers.
- Closely monitor dealership accounts, market share, brand reputation, and awareness in the area.
- Lead field execution of the sales plan in alignment with Brand strategy and values; act as trusted advisor to customers.
- Network with industry influencers and stakeholders, prospect opportunities, and develop new business with existing customers. What We're Looking For
- Engineering background with construction equipment experience.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the same field and geographic area; local language proficiency.
