- Experience: Proven track record in a Business Manager, Retail Manager, or Operations Manager role, ideally within the FMCG, retail, or wholesale sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing budgets, P&L, and inventory forecasting.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
