Overview
Credit Direct is looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Associate to join our Digital Transformation team in Ikeja, Lagos. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- •Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- •Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- •Develop data models and DAX measures to track business performance.
- •Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across reports.
- •Automate reporting processes and optimize analytics solutions.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business insights.
Requirements
- •2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- •Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- •A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
