About the Role As a Business Intelligence Engineer on Amazon's Last Mile Quality team, you will define and drive the data-driven strategy for global address management programs that underpin customer experience and delivery performance. You will partner with Product, Technology, and Operations leaders to raise the bar on data quality, experimentation, and operational excellence at Amazon speed. What You'll Do
- Own the vision for quality improvement through global address management programs.
- Shape strategy for customer-facing products and partner with product and tech to build innovative experiences.
- Drive defect reduction and continuous improvement across multiple business units.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, disseminate project information, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable roadmaps and metrics.
