Job Summary

• This position will be responsible for analyzing data and collecting information related to supplier quality defects to ensure suppliers receive the necessary information to effectively address quality issues. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to ensure that the digital application is effective and user-friendly.

What You Will Do

• Application/Website Development: Creating and maintaining, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional.
• Code Review and Deployment: Initiating code review requests, making necessary changes, and deploying code to production environments using tools like Azure DevOps and GIT.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as IT, Operations, and Machine Groups to ensure the applications meet business needs and requirements.
• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring that the website complies with relevant regulations and standards. This includes implementing security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.

Required Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• English Proficiency: Intermediate level.

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
• Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
• Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

Top Candidates May Have:

• Python (Django and/or Flask)
• JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Knowledge of relational databases and database administration
• Proficiency in Git, version control, CI/CD
• Ability to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)

Additional Information

• Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
• Travel

Requirements

• Domestic and/or international travel may be required up to once per year, as needed.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Occasional Weekend Support: Coverage on Saturdays (6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) will be required approximately once per month.
