The Business Insurance Account Associate at Marsh Agency (MMA) is responsible for supporting client service deliverables, assisting account team members, and handling new business, renewals, and general service tasks. The role requires a high school diploma, 0-12 months of prior experience, and proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Candidates must be able to commute to the Lexington, KY office at least three days per week and obtain a Property Casualty License within 90 days of hire. The position values reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with agency management systems and tools such as Reference Connect, Playbook, MMA U, ISO Prometrix, and Certificate Issuance processes is beneficial. Annual CE requirements and a commitment to MMA Core Values are expected.
