Job title: Business Financial Manager
About the Role The Business Financial Manager will collaborate with program leadership to review funding documents and provide business financial management and programmatic support for a DARPA client. This role involves analytical, technical, and administrative duties across one or more phases of the budget process within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team of technical SMEs, program and financial analysts, contract administrators, government partners, and government project managers, supporting the advancement of technology in a broad range of areas.
What You'll Do
- Work with program leadership to review funding documents and provide business financial management and programmatic support.
- Maintain responsibility for analytical, technical, and administrative duties across one or more phases of the budget cycle.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team including technical SMEs, program/financial analysts, contract administrators, and government partners to advance state-of-the-art technology.
What We're Looking For
- Active and maintained SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years' experience with budget and/or financial analysis.
- 1+ years' experience with program and/or project management.
- Experience with schedule creation and tracking of financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
- Experience with solicitations and contracting actions.
- Experience generating Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Purchase Request (PR) documents.
