We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Expert at flexhub. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of banking solutions to enhance secure data exchange. The Business Expert will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business teams.
Your main tasks are:
- Independent development and processing of tasks in a cross-functional team to deliver innovative products and services for customers.
- Application of the necessary competencies to build a sustainable digital architecture with the aim of developing new banking use cases as well as bringing existing ones to production maturity and anchoring them sustainably at Commerzbank.
- Conception, implementation, support, and further development of the banking products while maintaining quality and security standards
- Define, document, and optimize processes related to banking solutions, considering policies, procedures and workflows and compliance with security standards and legal regulations
- Evaluation of different hardware and software solutions for the purchase, considering security features, regulatory requirements, best practices, and scalability
- Further development and transfer of professional, procedural, and technological knowledge
- Development and implementation of digital strategies, in the sense of consistent introduction as an innovative technology
