Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Consult as a subject matter expert to influence initiatives and resources across the business execution portfolio.

• Formulate strategies and resolve highly complex challenges requiring comprehensive evaluation across multiple business areas.

• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.

• Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on innovative operational and business execution strategies.

• Strategically engage and collaborate with internal personnel to align project goals and execution plans.

• Utilize advanced inductive thinking to assess systemic challenges and design robust mitigation strategies.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or military service.

• Experience: Seven or more years of experience in business execution, strategic planning, program implementation, or equivalent management consulting roles.

• Proficiency with enterprise productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, alongside advanced analytical and strategic planning software.
