- Lead and mentor the business development team
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop business development strategies
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
- Provide market insights to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales
- 2+ years’ leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial products and business development strategies
- Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proven record of achieving revenue and business growth targets
