Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, the Granite VNA Business Development Supervisor is responsible for developing and strengthening business partnerships that drive growth in hospice and home health referrals. This position leads the execution of strategic business development activities and is accountable for achieving the organization’s referral and admissions growth objectives.

Collaborates with the Director of Community Engagement to establish referral and admissions goals and objectives; monitors performance and outcomes of Business Development team members and implements strategies to support achievement of organizational goals.
