The Role:
We are hiring motivated Business Development Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.
This is a high-impact, phone-based sales role focused on engaging prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth. If you are competitive, coachable, and results-driven, this role offers strong earning potential and career advancement.
What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Qualify leads and identify customer needs

Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure

Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition

Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers

Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time W-2 position

Base salary + uncapped commission

On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000+
